Having continuous and reliable flow of resources is the key to success of any non-profit organization. There are many resources available to support our charitable efforts, but choosing the right methods and techniques plays an important role in smooth functioning of AaP. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization; they play a really important role by sharing their extra time, knowledge and expertise for the welfare of under privileged women & children.

These are the most useful and dynamic methods which we are using at AaP for raising funds and other support:-

1. Monthly Adoption Program (M.A.P): It is a ‘friend-to-friend’ approach which spreads the message amongst their network like a  wildfire. It can be done through personal basis or through social media.

2. Crowd Funding: Online fundraising campaigns gives speed, flexibility, low cost, and wide outreach. Often, online fundraising is combined with other types of off-line, live activities.

3. Leadership Training Programs: L.T.P is an important source of funding for our organisation. With the support and assistance of several schools and educational institutes we are able to manage our programs.

4. Adoption of MPUs: We encourage and request our sponsors to adopt one time setup cost of Micro Production Unit (MPU) workshop or/both monthly operating cost of workshop for smooth and uninterrupted functioning of pencil production.

 

5. Donations in Kind: Apart from money, support in kind is a very good additional way of mobilizing        resources needed for AaP and its cause. Many people are more willing to provide their waste papers, vacant space for MPU workshop, meeting room or office space, spare office material like, computers, office furniture, study tables, chairs, white / black boards etc.  ​​​​
